Courtney Fischbeck joined Verde Vista Care and Rehab in 2011, bringing with him extensive professional management and business experience.  Fischbeck is passionate about providing the highest quality of life to the residents at Verde Vista and works tirelessly to ensure this happens. 

Lori Padilla has been with Verde Vista Care and Rehab for over a decade. She is highly respected in her industry by all major governing authorities. Her consistent and compassionate approach to problem solving, along with her second-to-none nursing management style, has enabled Verde Vista to achieve one of the highest tenure nursing staff in Northern Arizona.

Becky Logston has served Verde Vista Care and Rehab for over 16 years. With vast experience in nursing administration, Logston currently assists the Director of Nursing with compliance, charting, staffing and a variety of other duties and responsibilities. Logston’s compassion for the residents is the drive behind her efforts to ensure that all nursing staff is well-trained so that residents receive the highest quality of care and treatment.

Britni Messick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in insurance billing and compliance to her role at Verde Vista Care and Rehab. Her caring and friendly approach is appreciated by those she assists with bank accounting and general funds management.

Katie Robison joined Verde Vista Care and Rehab as a nurse. She quickly excelled and now serves as an advocate for all patients and residents. Robison is highly respected by local industry professionals, including hospital nurses, case managers, and physicians. She is relentlessly successful at ensuring patients arrive to the facility safely, are treated with respect and dignity, and return home to a well-prepared environment.

Sarah Mullenix is a true champion when it comes to managing the medical records of the patients and residents of Verde Vista Care and Rehab. Throughout her 8 years of service to the facility, she has proven to be a great asset.

Jan Myers is a licensed Activity Director in the State of Arizona with an extraordinary talent for making people smile. With a cheery disposition, Myers works hard to help patients and residents with activity participation and to experience the highest quality of life attainable even amongst difficult circumstances of illness and recovery.

Chrissie Hathor recently joined the team of Verde Vista Care and Rehab. With a background in culinary arts and experience in the hotel industry, Hathor is an excellent chef who takes enormous pride in her work and food service delivery. Hathor provides excellent customer service to all the patients and residents of Verde Vista. She has a keen eye for improvement and is creatively disciplined in improving the quality of the dishes and the manner in which they are served.

Shawn Helgeson brings a broad range of experience in construction and repair to his role as Maintenance Director. He has a relentless work ethic and ensures repairs are done right for the safety of all patients, residents, staff members and visitors. Helgeson is highly customer service oriented and approaches each task with humility and respect for others.

Betty Clark joined Verde Vista Care & Rehab in 2011. She started as a housekeeper then was promoted to Manager due to her relentless hard work, passionate attitude and respect for the residents and facility. Betty also brings a background in Health, Safety and Environmental, which is invaluable to our residents and entire facility.

Beth Brady manages all aspects of rehabilitation including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapies. Brady takes pride and ownership in the performance of the therapy department. Her therapists provide ongoing education and training to other members of the care team, to ensure the continuity of care between therapy and nursing. This is part of our holistic approach to care giving, as the interdisciplinary care team works together with one goal in mind: your comfort and health.

Ben Armstrong’s background in customer service and accounts management is a tremendous asset to Verde Vista Care and Rehab. Armstrong consistently uses his knowledge and experience to improve the level of service we provide as well as the footprint our services leave upon the community. In addition to customer service, Armstrong also provides a great deal of assistance in Human Resources and Accounts Payable.
